This Website is dedicated to all the consumers who have ever bought a car, new or used,
then found out they were driving a lemon. So many laws have been passed in each state regarding
lemons as well as federal laws with every state having different set of rules. Yet when we try
to use the procedures of the laws the manufacturers makes it harder for the consumers
to have their voices heard when a problem arises in their cars. When we as consumers buy a car we expect top notch performance and years of driving enjoyment to come, but for some consumers that enjoyment can turn to frustrations and time consumption for trying to find lawyers or using certain arbitration programs that can take months before any results. On this site you will find information regarding some laws, useful links and information for one particular company, Volkswagen of America, of which I am having alot of trouble with this company. Read my story of what has happened with my lemon and how Volkswagen of America refuses to do anything about but keep fixing the same defect over and over again. I also have posted a letter they sent me regarding my lemon. Please send me an all consumers out there. Let me know what you think or anything you would like to say. For those who are looking to buy a car, please do enough research and ask a thousand questions at the dealership to ensure that you are making a good purchase. Don't wind up with a lemon. Protect yourselves from making the same mistake that other consumers and I have made. Thank you for the support and coming by. Together the consumers can make a difference in the way businesses are done. Volkswagen has been contacting me in regards to the information on this site. Many of the words they use is that the information is inaccurate and misleading. So I have updated the website, fixed the deadlinks. I have also posted two letters Volkswagen has wrote to me on the My Story page along with the first letter they sent me.
